Q. Why are the prices online cheaper than your shop.
A.  We would love to make the prices the same but (ESPECIALLY) with the charms showing a person maybe 100 charms waiting while they browse through them does take time wheras when you browse online, you can do this at your leisure and make a choice and even collect in store.
Unfortunately the costs of insurance, rent, electricity etc etc does mean that the shop prices will be higher than the online prices. 
Also if an item is purchased in store at shop prices cases are then included with the product.  Online prices will have the most basic boxes mainly to make secure for posting.  If you want a smarter case they are available at an extra charge to cover the case and postage.

Q.  I see that your postage is uninsured outside the UK. Can you get it insured.
A.  We certainly can BUT depending on your location in the world it will vary costs.  Please contact us and we can certainly organize for you.

Q.  A lot of the charms say out of stock.  Is there any you keep in stock.
A.  We dont carry everything our suppliers do.  In total we now have apx 900 silver charm (STYLES) in stock OF ABOUT 3000 ish. So that you get an idea of the other charms we can get we have scanned SOME of the catalogues and manually cut the pictures.  These charms we have put in catagories like "other charms-not in stock but available to order".  What we will do is get the charm in take apx 5 photos and put online so you will get a much better idea of what it looks like.  If you dont like the look of it fine we have another charm available.  If you do like it Great ! Buy it!   If theres a charm you have seen and it displays out of stock please contact us as we can order with our next order.  We are planning on scanning some of our other suppliers charms as there are thousands.

Q.  I need it tomorrow will you send by special delivery.
A.  Yes. Most of the time.  As we are a very small company there maybe times that it is not possible to guarantee this service due to staffing.  If you contact us first we would be able to tell you if we can or not that is why we have not added this option to the postage list.

Q.  Will you combine shipping?
A. YES.  Basically you pay the maximum postage amount for that single item.  EG a charm is usually £1.50 1st class recorded. A watch maybe £5.00. If you ordered the watch and charm in one transaction you would only be charged £5.00.

Q.  Im looking for a certain charm do you do it ?
A.  Let us know and we'll find out.  Recently a customer asked if we had a fencing charm.  Our suppliers said NO but he would make one up with crossed swords (rapiers).  If  its something he thinks will sell he will add it to an ever growing list of charms.

Q.  I have just received my jewellery or charm and its not hallmarked. WHY NOT ?
A.  Some items are exempt from hallmarking if an item is under these weights they DONT have to be hallmarked. 1 gram for gold, 0.5 grams for platinum and 7.78 grams for silver. 
The item still has to be as described.
If you were sold a 2 gram silver charm and found out it was actually lead.  The seller, if a shop, is breaking the trades descriptions laws and can possibly be prosecuted.  I would urge though that mistakes do happen.  Contact the seller before you goto the police or a solicitor.
