---- PAYMENT ----
The easiest way to pay is Clicking " Pay by Credit Card Online".
What happens to the information?
The information is stored securely by our online shop host EKM
We are advised by email that an order has been placed.
We logon to the online shop then we can see the credit card information. We then enter this information manually onto our credit card machine which processes the transaction via Streamline (NATWEST). After the transaction has completed we delete the online information which cannot be retreived again.
Paying by Paypal is very easy. You are taken to paypals website and you log in and confirm you want pay us and the amount and thats it.
You can pay by credit card on paypal but as far as I am aware it will involve you having a paypal account by the end of the transaction. Because the account will then have the credit card you have used against it. You would not be able to have another paypal account with the same credit card number on. A security precaution that paypal has.
Pay Via telephone.
We will receive an email saying that you will phone us with the credit card details. We will post the goods once we have received cleared payment.
Pay Via cheque.
We will receive an email saying that you will forward a cheque to us. We will post the goods once the cheque has cleared which is typically 4-5 BANK WORKING DAYS from the time is paid in.

All Silver charm orders will have a £1.50 post and packing charge and will be shipped by 1st Class Recorded delivery.
All Cufflinks orders will have a £2.00 post and packing charge and will be shipped by 1st class Recorded delivery.
All Watches will be shipped by 1st Class Recorded Delivery or better at a cost of £2.50.
---- DELIVERY OUTSIDE UK ----
All Silver charm orders will have a £2.00 post and packing charge and will be shipped by Airmail (NOT INSURED).
All Cufflinks orders will have a £3.00 post and packing charge and will be shipped by shipped by Airmail (NOT INSURED)..
All Watches will be shipped by Airmail (NOT INSURED) at a cost of £5.00.

International payments can be made via PAYPAL or Credit Card. Please make payments in pounds sterling.
BOXES.
You can see Box 2 on the main page if you click this it will show other photos of Box 1 and Box 2.
We will ship our charms in a small black platic box (Box 1). This is our standard and does not cost any extra. They are quite strong and ideal for postage. We do wrap tape around the Box 1 to make sure it does not come open inside the package which can be difficult to remove if you are giving as a gift. We do have another type of case / box which is (BOX 2). It should be located on the main page of the website and costs an additional £1.50. If you would like this then please click on the BOX 2 and add to your basket.
RETURNS
We follow the law and the cooling off period in the distance selling act.
Basically.
(1) If you want to return and item let us know within 7 days of you receiving it.
(2) You will have to return the item in its original condition and boxes packing etc at your own cost and at your liability. If its lost in the post when you send it back its upto you to claim off the post office etc.
(3) We will refund you the price of the item but NOT the original postage charge. EG Silver charm = £5.00 P + P @ £1.50 Total paid £6.50. We will refund you £5.00.
(4) We will pay you by whatever method you paid us.
