Postal Prices
POSTAGE PRICES
*WE ARE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS SO ANY ORDERS AFTER 2pm TUESDAY WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL THURSDAY
PLEASE NOTE WE MAY UPGRADE YOUR METHOD OF POSTING IF WE FEEL IT WILL BE MORE SECURE

Please note sometimes people have clicked on the wrong option eg someone living in USA clicks on collect in store. We will post but will require the extra monies first.
Packaging. We do not send out gift boxes unless bought - ordered separately from the CASES - BOXES SECTION. If you were to buy 5 charms we would put ALL charms into 1 small box. If you were to buy a clock and 1 charm we would put the charm inside the clock box and package up the clock. If you were to buy 2 pendants and necklaces they would come in a tiny plastic box. Items will NOT come cased or boxed unless it specifically states it in the description.
If you order and pay by 2PM Monday,Tuesday,Thursday,Friday your parcel will be posted that day.
Special Delivery is for next working day for the UK for which a signature IS required. It is guaranteed for next working day before 1PM.
Please note orders on Tuesday after 2pm will not be posted until Thursday.
If an item is purchased as special delivery on a Friday Royal Mail will not guarantee a delivery on a Saturday(as its not a working day) but most do get delivered on the Saturday.
We usually manage to process orders after these cut off times but during peak times this can get difficult.
( We do not post on Wednesday's anything ordered after 2pm Tuesday will not be posted until Thursday)
RETURNS
Q. I dont like this item ive ordered. Can I return it?
A. Yes (most of the time).
(1) To return an item let us know in 7 days of receiving.
(2) Return item in original condition and boxes etc at your cost.If lost in post its up to you to try and claim off Royal Mail.
(3) We refund the item less a 20% restocking fee. EG if your item was 10.00 Pounds we would refund 8.00 Pounds
Exceptions to the right to cancel
13. - (1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts -
(a) for the supply of services if the supplier has complied with regulation 8(3) and performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12;
(b) for the supply of goods or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the supplier;
(c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(d) for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer;
(e) for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines; or
(f) for gaming, betting or lottery services.
