All postage prices are in English pounds sterling.

POSTAGE PRICES

PLEASE NOTE WE MAY UPGRADE YOUR METHOD OF POSTING IF WE FEEL IT WILL BE MORE SECURE

(THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE)

Packaging.  We do not supply free gift boxes. They are available to purchase from the CASES - BOXES SECTION.  Items will NOT come cased or boxed unless it specifically states it in the description.

If you order and pay by 2PM Monday to Friday your parcel will be posted that day, unless we are closed or it is en English Bank holliday.

Special Delivery is for next working day for the UK for which a signature IS required. It is guaranteed for next working day before 1PM.

If an item is purchased as special delivery on a Friday Royal Mail will not guarantee a delivery on a Saturday(as its not a working day) but most do get delivered on the Saturday.

We usually manage to process orders after these cut off times but during peak times this can get difficult.

Shipping - Dispatch times.

We do get a lot of customers that tell us that they receive their items much sooner than the times below but there are times, especially Christmas, when items can take longer.

All Delivery Times Are Approximate Once The Item Has Been Posted By Us.
We Will Send An Email To Let You Know Your Order Has Been Dispatched.

RETURNS

(1) Please contact us and advise you want to return an item or order. 

(2) Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

(3) Items are returned at the customers cost and remain the responsibility of the customer until arriving at our offices. Please obtain a proof of postage or receipt or send via a tracked service as sadly if your return is lost by Royal Mail the sender (yourself) has to claim and we will NOT be able to refund until we have the goods at our offices.

(4) We refund the item less a restocking fee which is 20% or £1.00 whichever is LESS PER payment transaction due to payment processors KEEPING the Per transaction fee.  Postage is not refundable.

Examples would be for PER paypal transaction for 2 items :-
Item £3.50 so restocking fee =£0.70 and  refund £2.80
Item £10.00 so restocking fee = £1.00 and refund £9.00

(5) Refunds can only be made to the originating account.  IE we can't give someone else the refund.

(6) Please return any boxes or bags that cam with your order if returning a complete order.

(7) Please note we do not EXCHANGE items we will only refund less the restocking fee.  This is due to the amount of time taken to process an exchange.

(8) Refunds and Returns

All precious metal items sold by Maldon Jewellery fluctuates with the Financial Markets and are therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations that stipulate the customer has a right to return goods for a refund within seven days of receipt.

(Statutory Instrument 2000, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)  Regulations 2000, Para 13b). The refund of goods is at our discretion and is product dependant.
